But that is because I have been "gutting" pumpkins. The snow is falling outside, and I am cooking pumpkins! The best part about this is that I get to roast pumpkin seeds. I love 'em!

I still haven't tried cooking my own pumpkins, probably won't this year either. But I'm glad that you have the links out there for when I do try it. Though I do thoroughly enjoy roasted pumpkin seeds. :)
